Hand wash only to prolong life of can covers. Placing can covers in dishwasher may warp the plastic or prematurely cause wear.

These can covers can be used for most pet food cans on the market but do NOT fit small cat food cans (2.8oz, 3oz, etc.) If having trouble with can cover fit, apply pressure with palm of hand on lid in a circular motion around the rim of the can.
